TO unite the real estate agents of Defence and Clifton areas was the need of the hour. A few months back there existed a lot of confusion when the community of the estate agents was confronted with a number of complex problems.
However, their sincerity of purpose of uniting themselves made them to steer out successfully of the most arduous passage leading to their cherish goal.
The formation of the merger committee, the transition of this committee to a united association enabled the community of the estate agents to raise their one voice through various forums of media, government and the judiciary.
Their confidence in their fearless upright and honest leadership also helped them to achieve ultimate aim of earning their livelihood with dignity and honour.
I congratulate all the office-bearers and members of the DEFCLAREA who as already stated were elected through a free and fair election process. They are inducted in their respective offices to administer the affairs of the association for the next two years.
I am confident that the office-bearers and the members of the new managing committee will voluntarily serve their colleagues with utmost care and with the best of their abilities. I hope that the unprecedented confidence reposed in them by their brethren will be instrumental in encouraging them to work for the well being and welfare of the members of DEFCLAREA at large. I pray for their success.
